Platform scope
Khoroch provides storefront, catalog, inventory, order, payment-status, delivery, customer-context and reporting workflows. Some outputs may be AI-assisted drafts and remain subject to seller review. Features can evolve as the service develops.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of products, prices, stock, business information, payment instructions, customer communications, fulfillment and any decisions made using platform information.
Payments and cash on delivery
Manual payment workflows help sellers share their own payment instructions and review buyer-submitted transaction details or proof. Khoroch does not claim to be the receiving financial institution. COD remains an agreement between seller, buyer and relevant delivery provider.
Orders, delivery and risk data
Order, delivery and customer-history signals support operating decisions. They may be incomplete and are not guarantees of identity, payment, delivery or future behavior. Sellers should review context and use fair judgment.
Acceptable use
Do not use Khoroch for unlawful goods, fraud, harassment, rights infringement, malicious access, platform abuse or activity that harms customers, sellers, infrastructure or third parties.
Accounts and access
Users are responsible for accurate account information and reasonable credential security. Access may be limited when required to protect the service, investigate abuse or meet operational obligations.
Content and uploads
Sellers must have the rights needed to upload and publish product images, brand assets, descriptions and other content. Platform processing may create resized, stored or AI-assisted versions needed to provide requested features.
Service and commercial changes
Features, paid plan details and service availability may change. Material commercial terms should be presented through the applicable plan or agreement when finalized; this summary does not invent fixed future pricing or limits.
