Module 1 Demo Disabled

Start Khoroch with `KHOROCH_DEMO_MODE=true` to load the completed Module 1 walkthrough.

The demo runtime loads environment configuration, seeds deterministic accounts, and opens the real web app surfaces for seller onboarding, products, orders, payment status, delivery status, and reports.
